There are no wrong answers.
We believe that culture and mental health looks different to everyone and we are each the experts of our own experience.
If you would prefer to answer questions, here are 5 guiding questions that other storytellers have answered:
1. What are your culture’s attitudes towards mental health and wellbeing?
2. How has your culture influenced your experiences with mental health and wellbeing?
3. When you have sought support, has the help been culturally appropriate?
4. What would you say to a mental health professional about multicultural mental health?
5. What would you say to someone who is experiencing multicultural mental health challenges?
There is no word limit, so you are welcome to share as much or as little as you like.
